Welcome to Pho 7, where every bowl tells a story of tradition, family, and the fusion of Vietnamese and American cultures. Our journey began in 2012 when the family decided to bring a slice of Vietnam to Kent, Washington. Inspired by the bustling streets of Vietnam and the comforting bowls of pho savored at every street corner, we opened our first location with the dream of sharing authentic Vietnamese cuisine with our new community.

The history of Pho 7 is deeply entwined with our family’s own story of migration and starting anew in the United States. Like many Vietnamese families, we brought not just belongings, but a rich cultural heritage and a palate seasoned by generations of Vietnamese culinary traditions. Settling in Kent, we saw an opportunity to bridge two worlds — one they left behind and one they were still discovering.

By 2019, our success in Kent, fueled by the loyalty and love of our customers, allowed us to open a second location in Federal Way. Here, we continued our mission to serve heartfelt, homemade pho that comforts the soul and excites the palate. Our restaurants have become community hubs, places where people from all walks of life come together over a steaming bowl of pho, experiencing the warmth and hospitality that Vietnamese culture is known for.

At Pho 7, we are committed to delivering not just exceptional food, but also an experience that embodies the values of family, tradition, and authenticity. Our goal is to make every guest feel at home, whether they’re visiting for a quick lunch or a family dinner.
